After booking an appointment online:
You will receive an e-mail confirming your appointment. Please review it to ensure it is the correct date and time.
You will receive an e-mail (& optional text) REMINDER 2 days prior to your appointment, if you need to cancel or change your appointment please do so ASAP.
New Clients are required to provide a credit card on file to hold your appointment time & will be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation as stated below.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you fail to provide 24 hours notice or do not show for your appointment you will be charged a cancellation/ no show fee. The fee is the cost of your scheduled appointment. This will be charged to your credit card on file, at your next visit, billed directly to you, or taken out of your already purchased massage package. If you or I are able to fill your scheduled appointment time, there will be no fee to you.
Please be courteous, everyone's time is valuable. I understand emergencies and weather can be unpredictable, please give notice as soon as you can.
