After booking an appointment online: You will receive an e-mail confirming your appointment. Please review it to ensure it is the correct date and time.
You will receive an e-mail REMINDER 2 days prior to your appointment, if you need to cancel or change your appointment please do so ASAP.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you fail to provide 24 hours notice or do not show for your appointment you will be charged a cancellation/ no show fee. The fee is 50% of your scheduled appointment cost. This will be charged to your credit card on file or on your next visit. Please be courteous, everyone's time is valuable. I understand emergencies and weather can be unpredictable, please give notice as soon as you can.
